Thursday is still my favorite day of the week.  There's something about the anticipation of the upcoming weekend and having most of the week behind you that makes Thursday seem special.  Though lately Saturday morning has been giving Thursday a run for its money.  We usually manage to get everyone a little bit of sleep in time which means we're all in a good mood.  The girls love to wake up and shout excitedly that it's a "daddy stay home day".  Often times we'll have a pancake breakfast and after everyone is fed we crank up the music and run around the house in our PJs with maple syrup sticky fingers,  bed head and all. 

Today we were fortunate enough to spend some time with friends we haven't seen in quite some time.  Thanks to April for hosting. Claire and Benah it was lovely to see you and all of your little ones again!  Here a just a few of the sweet faces we spent time with today.
